31 years. 31 miles. $3,000. One incredible way to Finish Strong. 💜

For his 31st birthday on November 7th, 2026, Monte Pascal is taking on an incredible challenge: running 31 miles and using those miles to raise money for the Finish Strong Foundation. He will be doing his 31 mile run at Lake Lenexa.

Through 31 for 31, Monte has set a goal of raising $3,000 for the Finish Strong Foundation. These funds will help us continue supporting young athletes whose families are facing the sudden illness, injury, or loss of a parent—helping those kids stay involved in the sports they love during an incredibly difficult time.
