Help Us Reach Our $3,100 Goal!
MEET MONTE PASCAL
& the 31 for 31: Finish Strong Charity Run Challenge
For his 31st birthday on November 7th, 2026, Monte Pascal is taking on an incredible challenge: running 31 miles and using those miles to raise money for the Finish Strong Foundation. He will be doing his 31 mile run at Lake Lenexa.
Monte is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Youth Athletic Coach at Gray Wolf Performance in the Kansas City area, where part of his work focuses on coaching and developing young athletes. So when Monte decided to turn his 31st birthday into an opportunity to give back, supporting a mission centered around kids and sports was a natural fit.
Through 31 for 31, Monte has set a goal of raising $3,100 for the Finish Strong Foundation. These funds will help us continue supporting young athletes whose families are facing the sudden illness, injury, or loss of a parent—helping those kids stay involved in the sports they love during an incredibly difficult time.
31 years. 31 miles. $3,100. One incredible way to Finish Strong. 💜
Help us cheer Monte all the way to mile 31! Consider donating $31 in honor of his 31st birthday, choosing another amount that’s meaningful to you, or simply sharing his challenge with others.
